Love the doctor but practice needs so much help. Cancelled appointment 3 times, reluctant to take my secondary insurance card, very, very slow. Was there 2 1/4 hours with only a few in waiting room. Not a very customer focused front staff. David, the audiologist is fantastic!!!!
