Waited two hours to be seen awful experience. The waiting room was jam packed to the point people were sitting on the floor in the hallway!!! Double booking??? Possibly

Very long wait. Luckily I fed my newborn in parking lot before and after. But the appointment was about 2 hours from start of wait to finish. The exam room had a lot of hair stuck in the chair from previous patients. Doctor Tien himself was great no complaints there.

Dr. Langue always takes time to explain everything and you can tell he really cares about his patients.

Despite the fact that the full duration of the appointment took 2 hours (for a routine eye exam) the 8 minutes or so that he actually spent with us felt rushed. Not very personable, otherwise he was fine

I thought the communication was below average. He was defensive over reasonable questions and had a dismissive approach to addressing the questions.
