Each person on the team- from reception, to the person showing me to the changing room, to the MRI technicians- were friendly, helpful, and respectful.

I like when you get a dex scan and you get talked to about findings and different options. The imaging was fine but you have to go to primary care to hear what’s up

Staff were incredible for my breast MRI. I often have a vasovagal response to large IV catheters, and after notifying the staff they did an incredible job - it was the first time I have not had this response. They are very caring and patient. One note of feedback I have is that every time I have come in, the breast imaging waiting room has exclusively “Mom” and “Family” magazines. It would be wonderful to see something else in there, for patients with breast that are not mothers (or maybe cannot be - which is a very viable possibility given the context), or do not follow traditional binary gender norms. It would go a long way in making patients including myself feel welcome and at ease. Maybe nature magazines, or something of the like?
