Your problem is your phone schedulers--snarky attitudes, "we'll reach out to you later" and so forth when you're desperately trying to get a PET scan immediately. Later? The schedule is right in front of them, what's the delay? They could care less that your cancer has returned. Luckily, at the reception area, a terrific young man tried to find an appt. less that 2 weeks away. OK, it was only one day better than the phone-scheduled appt., but later he called me and said they had a cancellation the next day. That kid deserves a medal!

I appreciate how efficient check-in way, the aesthetics and cleanliness of the facility, and the friendliness of the front desk staff. The woman who performed my mammogram was curt, bordering on unfriendly, and lacked in any bedside manner whatsoever. I’ll still be back since this is the only facility my insurance covers to get my annual mammogram done.

The technician was so nice and great at her job. Thank you ❤️

Staff was prompt and friendly.

Immediately after checking in they called my name. They saw I was on crutches, struggling & in pain & they told me to sit down & they would come to me, which they did right away.
