Dr. HESS, is a very pleasant and knowledgable professional. I had several tests performed at today’s visit in a very efficient manner. Dr. HESS has a very busy practice, but from what I could see everyone is treated well and in an expeditious manner. Even with multiple eye tests and a thorough consultation with Dr. HESS. Wait times are very very long. Doctor rushes and she is very brief on test results or if she is sending you for other tests. Until you get a call to book an appointment and then you can ask questions. Staff is very friendly.
