Was sent here from dr Lai I have a papilloma that is benign. I’ve had it for years and I knew it was benign and it wasn’t bothering me. I only want Ohip covered surgery As a senior I cannot pay out of pocket for cataract surgery I was sent to Elmwood offices first and I did not need to there since the doctor does not do Ohip covered services. Dr Lai knew this and she sent another surgeon who does do this service but they got me in to de Hess who was very nice and helpful but also does not do Ohip covered services So I have two wasted trips. Dr Hess has sent another of your surgeons a Dr R so hopefully by the time I get to see him he will do the cataract surgery under OHIP Thank you for your time Judy Stevens
