Professional but perhaps the coldest provider in my memory. A little surprised.

Hi. I was happy with the care Caitlin Loconte provided for me. She knew what to do, how to, and she informed me on your findings. She even went above expectations by removing the wax from my ears. She was kind about asking my permission to use a camera scope of my nasal sinuses. She checked to know how I was doing while going deeper into the sinuses. I was assured that nothing bothersome was discovered in her viewing. I would recommend her to others. Also, I was pleased that she was available within 3-4 days of my phone call to secure an appointment. I’m glad that more than one provider can take care of me, so a sooner appointment is achieved.

I think Dr Chrzanowsk is THE best! He did an amazing job reconstructing my nose after major MOHS surgery! I will be grateful all of my days that I can look in the mirror without wincing!! 🥰🥰🥰

Dr Mugge was very personable and made me very comfortable during my visit.

It’s been 5 yrs since I’ve seen him for my nasal congestion. I seen him yesterday to address the same issue. Kevin is a really nice ENT and look forward for my return in about one month.
