Dr rivera follows up on what she says and she has helped me. Im older and require great care and i get it.

She is very accurate and concise. And very good at explaining the details

Jennifer is very professional very good very kind and I believe caring have arthritis in both knees all of a sudden in September and since then. Never had arthritis or pain like this before pain gets so bad I end up crying I am not a crier. She's giving me two cortisone shots did very well with the cortisone shot so I was afraid she would hit the bones but she did very well I was so pleased the staff out front seems to be really nice and caring her nurses seem to be okay there's one that's kind of short with you when you ask questions. The extra people were very nice person said that we would change plans if things don't continue to progress. I'm a little upset I am not a candidate for anything that has an NSAID in it so cannot take any medication to manage the arthritis like cymbalta or anything but that's not her fault the Tylenol doesn't touch it the tramadol barely touches it the pain that is Jennifer's good

Dr. Rivera always answers all of our questions. She provides excellent patient care. She is and has always been a caring professional doctor to me and all of my family. Very satisfied for many, many years.
