He is knowledgeable but in this role it feels like he is under utilized. It looks like all he does is take reports back to Dr. Alexander. I just wonder how many questions Dr. Alexander could ask did Matthew didn’t.

I was seen very very quickly, which I very much appreciate. One week postop I had an area of itchiness, pain, swelling, and severe tenderness at the surgical site, which was most likely caused by the derma bond/glue type material.(hope I have spelled it right.). Matthew cleaned it up and applied a new sterile dressing and so far it has taken care of the problem.. I really appreciate being seen so quickly from the time I made the first inquiry to the office. The task was accomplished with great professionalism and care. I will be seeing again with a follow up appointment in a couple of days.

She is very attentive and caring. Helps to put your mindat ease.
