Gentle Kind Considerate Thoughtful A good listener VERY patient - not in any kind of a hurry Great MD! - I had increasing pain on the left posterior (back) side of my neck down to my shoulder which was preventing good sleep My GP ordered many images & referred me to neurology Completed the imaging. My husband & I arrived VERY late to my (initial) neurology appointment (after a 3 stooges kind of ride to 2 different locations of the same practice) I had the correct address but hubby had a different address based on a business card he picked up-wrong address Then car trouble That location gave us the correct address for the location of our scheduled appointment There was room in the schedule for my (postponed) appointment 🎉🎉 There was no rush, even though we were very late The exam & explanation was very thoughtful & considerate - like we had all the time on the world! KUDOS!!! I highly recommend this practice should you require a neurology appointment.
