I still have no answers for any of my problems and I was about to be prescribed a medication that ive been on for years and originally prescribed by Dr. Kopp. All of my issues were basically explained away by Fibromyalgia. This entire time ive been coming here, no one has even bothered to look at my swollen foot. Not a single time!!!!! Very disappointed with this place. It has become to big and too fast paced. Years ago, was so much better. I saw Harly Oliver not Dr. Kopp

The doctors staff has repetitively miss informed me of appointments . Had my Son take off work and had me fast , etc. when I showed up for appointment . I didn’t get a shot or treatment for pain . Instead I saw a doctors add . I was quitet upset . She basically told me If I didn’t like it go somewhere else . After I calmed down she would say the trigger comment and upset me again . The appointment accomplished nothing . My last appointment I was told I couldn’t see the doctor after showing up . Because my con-salt had expired a few days before appointment . I asked why the appointment was made ? No one checked prior to appointment? I was told she didn’t make appointment . Why would someone not check about payment or notify me ahead of time . It seems like the staff really doesn’t care how much pain I’m in . Then I tried to complain to doctor Kopp and he didn’t want to hear about it ? I mean my pain is real and my time is valuable also . I left and felt like his staff made me feel ?
