Dr Harris approached my room telling another provider she had “errands to run,” and that rushed feeling was reflected in the appointment. I was in the system for an annual exam, as well as to follow up after an ER visit. We discussed the ER visit, then when I brought up the exam I was brushed off and told to “schedule one on my way out.” When I stopped to schedule it, I was told that I was supposed to have had an annual exam today. I did schedule it, and will be back to hopefully remedy the situation, but I left today upset and feeling dismissed. I know everyone is stressed with the hurricane, but I would’ve rather been rescheduled for a later date than blown off today so she could get to her errands.

they need Dr. Caitlin back I’ve been in pain for months getting the run around and her recommendation was if they can’t find anything it may be “ anxiety” no blood test, urine sample, nothing. When I pointed to show her where the pain was she didn’t even have her hand on the right spot before trying to dismiss me, I had to grab her hand myself to show her. either her eye sight is getting terrible or she’s deliberately incompetent
