Once more I felt treated as if my health concerns (Tinayus) issue and head aches due to it were not relevant. Only treatment is psychological therapy that is not even offered in Sioux Falls or South Dakota, and or a mask hearing aids that are outrageously expensive and not covered by insurance. Dr. Tamura was friendly, however, his female assistant had anpoor attitude and behavior, not compassionate or empathetic at all. So I have to continue with my issues and no help can be provided unless I spend thousands of dollars. It ridiculous.

The doctor was not mentally present during the appointment. It was clear he wasn't concerned with the patients complaints and he simply wanted to get on to the next thing. He was friendly, and genial, but it was an act.
