The nurse practitioner psychologist office was very nice. She seemed very caring. I would definitely go back.

Everyone here is always so sweet & make me feel comfortable. I'm really sad they're closing as I haven't found a different urgent care I like here.

Came in with my four year old for an asthma flare we couldn’t get under control. she had the nurse attempt a Covid swab on a preschooler, which I declined. She then told me she heard crackling in his lungs and that he had pneumonia, without any other confirmation than that she heard crackling or any attempt to do a nebulizer treatment to see if maybe it was in fact just an asthma flare.prescribed antibiotics, and when asked if he could benefit from an oral steroid she told me it could do more harm than good since it would suppress his immune system more while he had pneumonia. we ended eventually up going through after hours at the hospital where they did a treatment, could not hear crackling after the treatment, did an xray just to be sure and turns out no pneumonia. I have asthma, my other child has asthma- which was explained at the appointment. I feel like the Np dismissive, was annoyed I refused a covid test and wanted to lecture me on steroids. Visit was a waste of time and money
