His explanations are spot on for his audience. He really cares and tailors his advice narratives to his audience, whether it is me, my wife or our grandsons. He is patient, he listens, and is not in a hurry. We all truly feel cared for by Marcus.

Jennifer is amazing but this office is a disaster. Appointment at 8:30 but the door isn’t even unlocked at 8:30. Another patient starts beating on the door at 8:32 and Tameka finally opens it while talking ON HER PERSONAL CELLPHONE. It was 9:30 before I ever saw Jennifer. There is zero reason for the first appt of the day to be an hour behind. Then there’s the prescription lags. The fact that it’s posted all over the walls that they have “72 hours to send a prescription” is ridiculous. A typical government funded entity. People typically NEED a prescription, 3 days could make a detrimental difference without medication. The processes and expectations of McKinney need a major overhaul
