We charge a primary care copay. There is no need to wait for an appointment. Our services include 24-hour on-call service, sports physicals, immunizations, vision screenings, treatment of lacerations, sprains, strains, and fractures, diagnosis of coughs, colds, and flu, IV hydration, in-house lab work, and onsite X-rays. We would be honored to see you while you are visiting Wilmington or Carolina Beach!
