I didnt wait long at all and I felt heard.I wasn't pressured into surgery and felt he understood my need to wait awhile longer and on the meantime administered a cortisone shot, which by the way was very gentle.Its this kind of compassion and good energy from him and his staff that is going to keep me trusting in them and coming back... thank you
