Urgent Care
It was very disappointing to wait the exam room for 7 minutes knowing Noone else was ahead of me, and then examiner barely "exams" me. She did not explain the xray or asked any questions about my pain. I was prescribed steroids and given a referral for ortho, which is 2 weeks away. I could have gone to any other urgent care for medication, I assumed coming to LBJ there may be a little more compassionate of my Injury and status since I cannot function or even work right now. As a physical therapist myself, I was sharing your location with others for sports related injuries thinking the care they get at your urgent care would be better than perhaps a "traditional "urgent care. Now im not so sure.
