Jason Wolff, M.D.
Dr. Wolf is one of the most wonderful doctors that I’ve had. He explains things to you. He talks to you about things and what he’s gonna do and how it’s gonna be done and he tells you what you need to have done. He is extremely good. I am very thankful to have him as my I spine doctor.
Nathan Wick, DO
He is very professional. He has more than 1 opinion to help you get out of pain
Jacob Forsythe, NP
I asked for a handicapped placard for my pain as doing simple things like going to the grocery store can cause a flare up for several days for me. I have to take many sitting breaks when i am in public places where I have to walk. This provider told me that I did not meet the requirements. I asked what the requirements were and he listed them off and stated that “anyone who has a hard time walking 200 feet with cardiac issues”. I stated that I thought the DVS website says that 200 feet includes pain as well. He said “yeah I guess you’re right I can give you a temporary one for 6 months.” I explained that it’s not because I am a young, lazy person that doesn’t want to walk far. I’ve lost 80lbs in the last year and my pain has gotten worse. I felt like he was trying to lie to me by saying I don’t meet the criteria, when according to the DVS website, I do.
