Knowledgeable, empathetic care in a timely fashion. My only complaint being the lack of pain control. I was given a steroid pack in hopes that it would calm down the pain. I asked for something to cut the pain quickly so I could sleep. I was given 12 five milligram ocycontin. My pain has been at an 8 constantly with bursts that literally bring tears to my eyes and a scream to my lips. I've finished the steroids days ago and I'm on day 9 of this level of pain. I don't think its necessary for me to suffer this way. We knew it would be over a week to get the MRI and schedule a follow up visit. 12 pills for 10 days is ridiculous. Taking one pill is the difference between being able to wash myself and feed myself without exceeding an 8 on the pain scale. I understand you all deal with drug seekers but an experienced practitioner should be able to tell - hence the 4 star review instead of 5. Good patient care does not result in unyielding pain. Than you for reading.
