The appt was 20min late. The initial portion, the gal was great... I voiced my concern and she understood my concern. When the Dr came in, he seemed very rushed and brushed off my question. I had to remind him to check the plugs. He said 'oh yes, they are both there' and he was gone. That bothered me. I was on time and can't help that he was behind but I should still get my alloted time to address a concern.
