Telehealth appointment, listened, discussed options and said we'd get scheduled for holter Never happened after multiple calls,Serena called back and we got setup and picked N Up and hand delivered. No follow up yet since testing...tried to reach office again to have telehealth appointment change Leave messages but no one calls back in 24 or 72 hrs or a week Both Drs we've seen are good but office is highly lacking in communication and efficiency.

I had a pacemaker installed March 20. Went to see Dr Class last week for my follow up his first words were it is time for your pacemaker replacement surgery which dr Eckart had never notified him it was done. Later in the day I received a phone call where the procedure was done which was Englewood. I have been trying to reach his nurse Nancy to no avail because I am still in discomfort with my left shoulder and back. I haven’t seen or spoken to him
