I did not see Kelly at this visit. I saw a student. I think it was a student. She’s soon to get her doctorate. I was not happy with my experience. When the student asked me to take my hearing aids out, she did not provide a Kleenex for me to lay the Hearing Aids down. I did not want to lay my Hearing Aids onto the desk so I asked for a Kleenex. At the end of the visit she took my hearing aids to clean them. They were in a Kleenex, where I had laid them before I took a hearing test. I was not happy when she returned with my hearing aids in her hand I would have preferred. She put them in a Kleenex or on a piece of paper or in a paper cup. I was not pleased with her handing me my Hearing Aids. I did not say anything, but on the way home, I regretted not saying anything end of message.
