My appt was at 2030 I didn’t get in the room until 1135. The office staff over booked. I have had this appt for 6 month suppose. The powers that be need to focus more on the patient that pays your bills and not how many people you can book in one day. I have been coming to this office for years but since this last practice sell the service sucks. My doctor was seeing other doctors patients instead of being able to take care of her own patients. Poor poor service. Let’s see how long this kind of service keeps the doors open

Sadie has been a God-send for me!! My GP had retired & I just happened to go with my Mom to her appointment with Sadie. I have loved the care she not only gave my Mom but also me. She's very knowledgeable, highly intelligent, kind, funny & she truly listens. I highly recommend Sadie to anyone & everyone!! 10/10
