This was my second appointment when i was originally supposed to see Dr. Bernstein and changes were made without notification. Both times she was dismissive and minimized my symptoms. The appointment was less than 10 minutes and did not include a thorough review of my MRI. Important findings such as moderate to severe supraspinatus tendinosis, bursitis, and impingement-related anatomy were not addressed. I felt my symptoms and functional limitations were minimized, and I left without a clear or adequate treatment plan.
