Dr. Medica is truly amazing. From the moment you meet her, she has this calm, grounded energy that immediately puts you at ease. Fertility treatment can be such an emotional and overwhelming process, but she has a way of explaining everything clearly while making you feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and never makes you feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Every appointment feels like you’re talking with someone who genuinely cares about you and your journey. Let’s just say if calm, confidence, and compassion were hormones… Dr. Medica would have my levels perfectly balanced. Highly recommend her to anyone on their fertility journey!

I feel extremely supported by Dr. Shelly and her team. Dr. Shelly's personality matches exactly what I'm looking for in a doctor: extremely kind, caring, knowledgeable, and she brings lightness to a stressful situation. My treatment plan was changed based off the latest research information and I'm glad their clinic is on top of the latest science. She took the time to re-explain everything to me as a person going through fertility treatments for the first time. She also explained to me the labs that were done with a prior OB and gracefully tried to answer an insurance/billing question without brushing me off. With prior OB's I've usually ended my visits crying out of overwhelm but I haven't cried at Dr. Shelly's because I just feel really heard and seen by her.
