I have been a patient at this clinic since 1999 and have always trusted the quality of care I received. However, during my most recent annual physical, I was disappointed by the lack of thoroughness. Despite fasting before my appointment, no blood work was ordered to monitor my diabetes or other health conditions, and I did not receive my usual flu shot. The visit consisted mainly of an ear cleaning and a brief memory test. This was quite different from the comprehensive care I’ve come to expect over the years. In the past, I would have rated this practice 5 stars, but based on my recent experience, I can only give it 2 stars.
