She makes sure the nurse follows well her instructions. She is always kind, compassionate, empathetic. Her high intelligence shows in everything she does, and explains difficult medical concepts in plain English, so I can always understand my conditions. She has always a treatment plan for me that makes sense. She cares about me and I feel I am in the very best hands possible. I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and the best ophthalmologist I ever had in my whole life! I highly recommend Dr. Más-Ramirez’s without hesitation. 5 stars!
