She was pleasant. However, after all the testing that was done, we expected a little more information than was given. She did provide a little information on the testing, but could’ve gone into a little more detail in layman’s terms. She did refer me to my physician and gave me paperwork containing the results.

On time and efficient

I have gone to him for years and haven’t been for a few years because of family medical problems. He is a great doctor I always got an answer to my problems when I went to see him, He also answered all my questions and resolved my problems. I will always have him as my doctor. He listen to you and solved my problems when.

He listened closely to my long narrative of word. Texted me. Told me his opinion clearly which made sense to me. He volunteered that I could get a free checkup on my hearing aids.

Dr. Alberti listened to the description of my symptoms without getting impatient and provided detailed explanations and answers to my questions without being condescending or becoming irritated. He spent the time necessary to address my concerns and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door. Given recent changes in health care models, this was a refreshing experience! I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Dr Patel is one of my favorite drs. He’s pleasant , knowledgeable , he tells you what he’s going to do to help you, friendly. He’s the best!!!!!
