I saw Rachel to go over my MRI results. She was almost an hour and a half late and seemed VERY flustered. She clearly had not seen my imaging and seemed either confused by or unsure of the explanation of the results. I had to be referred to a neurologists, which was fine, but she had such little information for me and seemed so out of her depth in interpreting my results, it was a horrible visit. Had her bedside been a little more “soft” and not as frenetic as it was, it could have been better. I was told to wait in the room and someone would take me to get scheduled with Leatherman. When I got to scheduling, I was seated and told to wait until someone was available. A few minutes later, I was handed a business card with barely legible handwriting and told Leatherman would be in touch. Being so anxious from the uncertainty of the MEI results because the explanation was so insufficient, this was a nightmare.

He’s the best!!

I went in for a cortisone shot and like usual I didn’t feel a thing. The wait was a little long today but it all worked out.
