She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered every question with patience, and made sure I fully understood everything before I left the appointment. She explained, in detail, why each test was being ordered and what information it would provide, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find a provider who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so compassionate and thorough. I left feeling heard, informed, and confident in my care.
