I love Dr Norris as a person. Super personality!! I just came in from a follow up appointment, left work early, waited an hour past my appointment time - none of which I minded really because I was so excited to get some solutions for my ongoing problems from the hospital stay but when he came in to see me he didn’t even know why I was there. Didn’t seem like he’d read my chart at all and definitely nothing from my 7 day hospital stay. Even told me he didn’t diagnose me with what he had been giving me medicine to treat since April 30th when I was discharged from the hospital. I’m sure it’s been a long day by the time I was seen especially since they were obviously running an hour late on appointments but for me it’s my health, my job , getting my life back all in that appointment and he didn’t even discuss Botox of my stomach like we had two times previously.
