I saw ARPN Author Farina. He does not appear to be knowledgeable. Another ARPN came in & corrected his directives for my condition. In addition, no one gave me specific directions for my condition. AI have done a better job for me. However, Author Farina is polite & pleasant to speak with. I am very disappointed with how this office handled my condition which is serious.
