Quesha listened and HEARD me! She understands that ANSWERS are important to me, and even if we can't "cure" my disease process, knowing WHAT is happening and WHY will at least help me on the psychological aspect, and my acceptance of treating my symptoms effectively. This appointment was heartening and gave me hope to at least understand my treatment options and this disease process. That, for me, was 90% of my personal battle!
