Clean and well staffed

Every single person I interacted with was incredible from the care team to the cleaning staff to the ladies who delivered food. Generally, being in the hospital is not a pleasant experience but I felt informed and very comfortable with the team that took care of me. I couldn’t have asked for more.

They could use water dispensers in the waiting room.

Extremely disappointed. The ultrasound tech was not the usual woman who does them. My previous woman explained everything as she performed the scan and took her time, but that was NOT the case with the woman this time since my exam was max. 10-15 min. She was not thorough opting to not do the external scan until I requested she do that for completeness. Repeatedly said she couldn’t find my left ovary, which is concerning. It was also extremely painful and when I vocalized my discomfort she did not adjust her technique and proceeded unbothered. And thats just to name a few of issues to not violate my HIPPA. Overall, it was rushed, unprofessional, dismissive, and not empathetic.

The ultrasound person made me feel so comfortable at a very stressful time

Receptionist was rude. Addressed every other patient with hello & how are you. Whereas I only got asked my name & that someone would be with me. The manager tried to resolve it but in the end just made excuses for her employee who should know to treat every patient with the same respect. This is my first pregnancy & that was my last appointment but in the future will not be returning
