Appointment took over an hour even though the ultrasound was only 5 minutes. Lots of time waiting.

Ultrasound technician is amazing. She did many of my ultrasounds during pregnancy and is so professional but personable at the same time.

The ultrasound tech was a little emotionless but the provider was amazing and answered all questions I had

The only complaint I have is post both ultrasounds I was left with no way to clean up the excess solution other than the cloth on top of my lower half. Those end up full of moisture & liquid from the solution so it’s very unhelpful. When getting dressed I tried to find wipes or towels but there was none out in the open. I haven’t had this issue at Smyrna but this location seemed to be missing a step for both ultrasounds at my one appointment. Otherwise everyone was very friendly & helpful!

They saved my life. I was just as important as my twin babies and I appreciate that because my other kids needed their mom to stay alive. Still being cared for they continue to make me a priority.

I had a 2:45 anatomy scan. The doctor suggested blood work afterwards and to sit in the waiting room. I sat in the waiting room for about 15 min before someone came to tell me that they couldn’t draw my labs today because they were about to close. They gave me the script and I was never about to make my 4 week follow-up appointment.

It was a good appointment. It was on time and the staff was very kind especially Carol. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.
