I had my first appointment here and had an excellent experience. The compassion and kindness felt genuine, and it really seems like they’ve chosen the right people for this kind of work. I came in with several questions while trying to get clarity around a diagnosis, and I was able to speak directly with an expert. That alone impressed me. Honestly, the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. My standards are especially high when it comes to healthcare for the people I love, and I would feel completely comfortable recommending this practice. Anyone dealing with pregnancy or other health concerns would be in very good hands here. I can’t recommend them enough.

Horrible experience overall. The staff was unfriendly, and I left feeling like there was a serious lack of communication and medical information. I didn’t feel properly informed, supported, or reassured during my visit. I expected much better communication and compassion from a medical office.

Abby medical is a beautiful facility; early 2000s type of design which is pretty. Clean and easy to navigate to the suits. Lots of handicap parking and a spacious drop off center. 2 elevators and a few restrooms on the levels. The office I was visiting also had a restroom.

Clean and well staffed

Every single person I interacted with was incredible from the care team to the cleaning staff to the ladies who delivered food. Generally, being in the hospital is not a pleasant experience but I felt informed and very comfortable with the team that took care of me. I couldn’t have asked for more.

They could use water dispensers in the waiting room.
