The best eye doctor ever! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Marc Bosem during my cataract surgery. From my very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and he took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The surgery went very well, and I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of Dr. Bosem and his entire team. Everyone was kind, attentive, and reassuring. I am truly grateful to Dr. Bosem for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent ophthalmologist and a skilled cataract surgeon. My Opinion is that Chad is trying his best to provide good care for Patients.. I think letting patients know when you are running behind due to special needs of patients, instead of a 3 hour appointment with no information would go far in the waiting room and create better understanding .
