Dr. Wortz did my cataract surgery almost 2.5 years ago. Now I have to have the YAG procedure for both eyes. I guess I’m a little disappointed that I have to go through something again because I thought the cataract surgery would take care of my vision. And I’m also very frustrated that you have to sit in the office for hours waiting for a three minute procedure. I realize that you’re told upfront that you will be with them 3 to 4 hours but it is mostly just sitting in waiting rooms. It feels like you’re on an assembly line. Get everybody in and then sit and wait your turn. It seems to me that scheduling could be done a lot more efficiently and more time sensitive for the patients. My time is just as valuable as your time. Don’t get me wrong. I am pleased with the services, but my appt was at 10am. I was seen around 1pm. Why wasn’t I just scheduled for 1pm?
