Very professional and talented at what he does. Would always go to Dr. Jacobs with any eye issues in which he specializes.

Doctor Volkin's evaluation of my eyes was explained clearly and in a manner that I understood. His technician Deb was also an excellent communicator.

Amy Kelmenson, M.D.

In summary, I was dissatisfied with the timeliness of the service. While Dr. Kelmenson performed adequately, I felt the consultation was rushed and wished that more time could have been allocated to address my inquiries. As a long-time patient of the practice, this visit was the longest I have ever endured. I arrived for my scheduled 3:30 appointment at 3:10 p.m. and was placed third in line for check-in, standing for a full 20 minutes. Finally being initially seen and directed to an exam room after 4 p.m., I waited approximately 45 minutes to finally see the doctor for a brief 15-minute consultation. It is possible that this was a bad day.
