Dr Guerra is simply the best! With my total knee replacement using bone marrow and stem cell procedure, I had no pain, did not use a walker after three days and no cane. I followed all his instructions before and after thoroughly!

Dr Guerra and his team are empathetic competent and very caring. Went to several doctors in Naples prior to meeting him. No other doctor was this responsive and collaborative, treating the patient not the ailment. Had total knee replacement, I was expecting the worst and it was easier than expected, finally pain free after my surgery! Eternally grateful for Dr. Guerra and his wonderful Team!
