I did have an appointment with Dr Shute at 10:00 a.m. and arrived at 9:45, as requested. It was 11:05, while I had been in the room for 45 minutes, that Tina, an NP came in and provided the medical appointment. Tina did a good job and thoroughly advised me of the situation and my options. She followed through with needed prescriptions and appointments and was very professional. I would like to have been advised that Dr. Shute would not be a keeping his appointment with me and was quite disappointed, therefore the Poor rating.

Rushed through exam, did not look at chart prior, and questioned me as to whether my autoimmune diagnosis was actually confirmed by medical professionals. (I have been under strict rheumatologist care for 13 years). He would ask a question then cut you off before you could complete an answer. You couldn't pay me to return to him.
