I waited in the exam room for Dr blanco for some time which is often expected. I had several appointments lined up for my day off of work. Bc of this I had a call from one of the offices confirming the time. I answered the call and Dr. Blanco entered the exam room. She became enraged and raised her voice telling me to “get off the phone now” after I said as she came in “just one second” stopping me from continuing. I could not hear as she went on yelling, “get out!” Within seconds I confined on the phone for the other appointment, of whom could hear her and was alarmed for me. I walked out as she had stormed out of the exam room. She had sat down in a side office area and I asked her if she was ok. She said “go sit in the waiting room”. I said “I waited on you for some time” and “ I quickly had to take that call” but she was over talking me repeating and pointing with her arm stretched out “go sit in the lobby!”. This by far was the worst experience with Dr. I asked for another

Each time is a little different. Doc has alot of people in to see him so sometimes it can be a challenge for him to do his thing with everyone.

Seemed dry, and impersonal

Would have gave zero but it wouldn’t let me. I told the front office not to ever schedule me with her again. She was over an hour behind and when she got to me she had no time to listen to me, just rushed through to the next person

WE LIKE HER! I AND MY WIFE HAVE A HEARING PROBLEM. HEARING AIDS HELP BUT STILL HAVE TO HAVE HER REPEAT OFTEN.

Very disappointed,there's two things I dont talk about in public they are religion and politics and she started telling me I need to go to church and something about spirit and energy look lady church isn't going to help with my anxiety your actually making it worst,I told her ibe been having trouble sleeping and eating because when I have an attack my stomach is I Knotts,she wasn't even listening to me,very blunt,no bed side manner,why cant doctors just listen to people that know what they need but they think to them what is best for you,they dont know what your body needs and what is needed to help you,

Dr Menard helped me, he took the time to listen and applied his knowledge and followed through where all other Drs and Dentists have fallen short. Im extremely grateful for his care. Thank you Dr Menard. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I thought she was an amazing doctor and if I could’ve given 100 stars I would. Thank you for being my doctor and hopefully I will see you again

If I could give zero stars, I would!! She was extremely rude and kept trying to say I had been diagnosed with things I had not and when I argued that what she was saying wasn’t true and told her she was being rude, she told me to leave and refused to read my test results.
