I have never been so disappointed with a doctor. After waiting over 30 minutes in the exam room, Dr. Blanco introduced herself by telling my caregiver and me that we were not allowed to have our phones out. My caregiver explained she uses her phone to take notes, but the interaction immediately felt uncomfortable. Throughout the visit, Dr. Blanco spoke to us in a condescending and rude manner. She questioned why I use a walker and why I am disabled, despite this information being clearly documented in my medical records. During the exam, she pushed on my back in a way that nearly caused me to fall to my knees. She refused to give me a referral for an MRI, even after we explained I had just been in the ER, had an X-ray, and was told I would need an MRI. She also failed to address my low blood pressure, which the nurse appeared far more concerned about. Based on this experience, I would not choose to see Dr. Blanco again.

I’ve never felt so unheard, frustrated and ignored with a doctor in my life! The very reason I booked the appointment was not even acknowledged! I didn’t get to finish my question before she cut me off, over talked me and said she could not help me and referred me to a specialist that has nothing to do with why I booked the appointment! She changed two of my prescriptions and sent them to my pharmacy without me agreeing to moving forward with the change! I felt like a little 8 year old girl trying to communicate with an angry mother, and I am 40 years old! This was my first and LAST time ever seeing her! NEVER AGAIN.

She didn't want to hear nothing I had to say about my son and his health.. I have a son with cerebral palsy and I take it seriously. Other than that keep doing what you do

Very rude and didn't listen to what I had to say she spoke over me. My review she wrote up spoke of nothing she talked about to me.
