I had a very hard time understanding the doctors accent. I think she didn’t understand a lot of what I said also. I need something for pain and nothing was called into my pharmacy. She told me to go get an injection of something, where?. If I could have gotten into the office for an in person appointment I would’ve. But they are no longer taking walk ins, so they’re not going to let me just walk in for an injection. She told me to look up exercises on utube. I need pain relief. I have a scheduled appointment with my regular doctor on the tenth, so I guess I’ll just suffer in pain until then.

Bad at communicating and she told me after the phone call to call the office back to schedule to have my hormones checked. I call back the next day and the office has nothing for me.

Dr. Was friendly, but not at all concerned about my concerns or needs. Without discussing blood pressure medication or my kidney history, she prescribed a blood pressure medication. When I discussed my hand injury, she dismissed my concerns with, “it looks as if your hand is healing nicely”. This is highly concerning because she had not looked or touched my hand prior to her comments, I feel like I had to push to get my hand x rayed. We spent most of our meeting discussing a colonoscopy versus the two separate concerns I had addressed.
