Dr was good. But for the final steps of visit by staff,would prefer it be done in privacy of a room rather then in the middle of admin station so staff wasn’t walking around other staff members while trying to explain further process, as I had questions but I was told just read paper I was given. I could have had other questions but admin wasn’t interested in making sure I understood everything. More interested in moving me through

Appointment was at10:30 am didn't get seen till about 12pm my Dad 79 years old the room was cold his nose started to run .The doctor wasn't to happy when I ask thr questions why do they make appointments . If they can't keep them.
