They’re really good to me

Been a patient for almost a decade now. Been through 3 docs, starting with Dr Frank and the only one in the office who truly seemed to care. Nurses line is an answering machine, cannot speak to a nurse or even your doctor upon request. Went overdue yet again on a med that cannot be stopped abruptly after calling the day after submitting and following 6 days. Luckily Watertown office has people who car and returned my call. Office manager if Malone called on a Sunday, told me she entered them but I was a week early. Picked them ups and day. Own dkcs don't even know their patients and allow them to go without meds or communication with anyone but front desk. Or get attitude and inferred that your drug seeking because your refill is overdue and takes 10 business days to have sent to a pharmacy. Worst office for docs that do not listen to the patients at all and has progressively gotten worse in my opinion.

Ruth Ann is amazing. She really listens and genuinley wants to help! By the end of the video, i felt hope.

It would be helpful if there were a way to make a notation in my file about work, life, and family. I repeat the exact same info every single time a front desk agent calls. This takes up their time and mine. It would be significantly easier for scheduling to know exactly when I’m at work and when I’m available for appointments.

Appointment started in time. TeleMed video connection was so poor to the point I often could not understand her. Video froze several times. This made communication difficult. Hopefully next time it will be resolved.
