Dr. Maxwell is most understanding, compassionate, and considerate of who I am and the adversities I face. She has been a much wanted and needed friend and advisor for almost three decades for not only to myself, but for my disabled son. I highly recommend her to everyone who deals with mental health issues and necessary guidance throughout one's life. Thank you Dr. Maxwell for always being here for us!

Fritz is great. He is attentive, intuitive, patient, knowledgeable, and insightful. He’s have a multitude of issues. We are working on them and making progress. ****This relates to the operating issues Citizens Advocates is having. The answering service is LESS THAN ADEQUATE. To not be able to reach the office in Saranac Lake if the is a problem, only serves to intensify the stress I am already experiencing. ie- your company is having a tech issue and I (as a client) can’t get through to the office without being directed to the answering service. Then having to wait for the service to contact the office…. It’s very frustrating and ends up tainting the work that could have been done that session.
