Children's Eyes Albany

My 6yo son is very anxious and wouldn’t cooperate reading the chart with tape on the lens of his glasses. I’m not sure why other methods weren’t attempted like using the machine to block out one eye to only use the vision in the other eye instead of tape on his glasses. Children’s specialist should be trained to work with kiddos that have severe anxiety - alternate methods, etc. Now, we have to go back and do this again (and another copay) and that’s likely not going to bode well unless we change the tactics.

We love Dr. Storey! She's always so charming and welcoming to my son. He's been going there for years and regardless of his age at the time of visit, she's always interacted with him at his age level. Truly an amazing doctor.

Dr. Barry made the appointment so easy and painless for my little one! I never know how doctor appointments will go for my toddler, new office, new people, tests, etc. and Dr. Barry was so kind, patient and made it so fun for my little guy. My toddler left smiling and not wanting to leave! He explained everything in great detail to us and made us feel comfortable and understood. Thank you so much.
