We had a great experience with Dr. Paul Thurston at Central Florida Bone & Joint Institute. I brought my son in for an ingrown toenail procedure, and I was so impressed with Dr. Thurston’s bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything to my son, talked him through the procedure, and made sure he understood the aftercare. He was kind, patient, reassuring, and truly made what could have been an uncomfortable experience so much easier for him. From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Thurston and the team at Central Florida Bone & Joint Institute. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and making them feel comfortable and well taken care of!

Very good explanation for my pain in words I could easily understand.

Not happy with treatment path planned for a torn rotator cuff, and no guidance on if I should continue to work full time while doing the physical therapy or not that requires continuous repeating motion and weight handling. And for my progress follow up I was assigned to a physician's assistant and not the surgeon.
