We absolutely love her. She listens to our questions and concerns and always takes the time to give thoughtful, honest feedback. We never feel rushed or dismissed, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. When I was having issues with breastfeeding, she went above and beyond—taking extra time and effort to make sure I was supported and immediately getting me connected with a lactation specialist. As parents, that level of care, trust, and communication means everything to us. We’re so grateful to have a doctor who is knowledgeable and truly invested in our child’s care.

Felt very dismissed and she became agitated when I had asked questions to educate myself in my son’s care. Was referred to a GI in which GI stated everything she put on the report was false, no medical records were sent over so he could review my sons medical history. Very dissatisfied and let down. We look towards are doctors to be advocates for our children’s care and to be able to trust them in their diagnosis and decisions.

She is amazing!! My son was in there yesterday and we’ve visited her many times before. She quickly gets to you, but takes her time truly listening to your concerns, and babies are drawn to her. She really connects with the child, making them comfortable . I have always left her satisfied, and my baby better in no time! She is wonderful & so is Shealyn!!!!
