Everyone was very friendly and nice BUT I was with the understanding that I was to have the open (donut) MRI because closed spaces get to me. I made it ok but I did lots of deep breathing and my heart was really going.

Due to machine failure, wait was excessively long. You could have reached out to me to either offer a reschedule or at least to advise me of delay so I could plan accordingly. Disrespectful of my time not to have done so. The tech that did it was awesome however, which definitely brought my rating from 0 stars to 3 stars
