Carolina Rheumatology and Neurology Associates has now grown to include one board-certified neurologist, three board-certified rheumatologists, and two advanced practice providers. Rheumatologists are providers who specialize in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disease and systemic autoimmune conditions affecting connective tissues including the joints, muscles, and bones. Treatment modalities involve a combination of medication therapy, patient education, and intra-articular injections.
Neurologists are providers who specialize in diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system. At Carolina and Rheumatology Associates, we specialize in the management of headaches and migraines. Treatment options include both acute and preventative therapies.
