Dr. Willis performed surgery to repair my shoulder. He explained the procedure well and updated me afterwards. I was told I'd get a call the day after my surgery (from a nurse?) to check in on how I was doing. I have not received a call, which is disappointing.

dr. Alfonso made me feel very comfortable as I have never had surgery before besides the fact that he was professional he was extremely personable and made me feel at ease. during my postop appointment, I did not feel rushed. I felt like he took time to answer any questions that I had which I didn’t really have because he answered them before I had to ask them so he’s also incredibly thorough.

My son had a bike accident and hurt his shoulder. Dr Willis was thorough and patient and answered all questions

Dr Dwyer is bright, kind and no doubt an excellent surgeon but he had not read an MRI that he ordered in my portal for at least 4 days before my appointment and never remembered if he would use it to determine if I should have hip replacement or start with a diagnostic injection in my back first. So tomorrow I have surgery without knowing if he read the MRI and if surgery is indeed the next best treatment step for me .

Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable.
