John Crockarell, M.D.
I would like to compliment Dr. Crockarell’s assistant. This was a second opinion visit for me. Unlike the other doctor’s assistant who just sat staring at me — making me wonder, each time “Why is she here?” Dr. Crockarell’s assistant talked to me in advance of Dr. Crockarell. He asked questions. He walked me through diagnostic findings. Listened to my questions and answered them as thoroughly as he could as an assistant. He even took the time to explain the anatomy of my knee. Dr. Crockarell was much like the prior doctor in manner and assessment but the huge difference in my experience was his assistant’s active role in helping me understand. That was major!

Anthony Mascioli, M.D.
I had to ask an his nurse to encourage him to give me the care necessary for my injury. I felt stereotyped and unheard by him.
James Calandruccio, M.D.
