Very informative, pleasant person

I have been to Dina several times and she previously was very helpful and friendly. This time , however, she seemed impatient, she was reading directly off of reports with terms a doctor would only understand and when I asked what it meant she rolled her eyes at me and talked on top of my questions. She also told me that a certain medical issue she previously reviewed with me didn’t exist. I went back home and looked into the lab reports to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but she made me feel uncomfortable and untrusting with discussing my medical issues going forward.

Excelent bed side manners, he explained the choices I had for my treatment with facts and no pressure. He is very competent both in knowledge and humanity.
