Our first provider (Debra) did not interact with us well. There was no introduction or hello to our sick child. She did not try to put our child at ease or even seem personable with us. She also did not seem assertive enough to gather the information she needed to make a thorough diagnosis.
Thankfully a second provider (Honda) came in to assist and that was a great experience. We would suggest that the former shadow more to learn good beside manner.
