Very professional, great bedside manners. I feel like she really cares about my pain and listens. I don't take a lot of medication because she does trigger point and botox injections and dr baylor does epidural. I have had 10 back surgeries and metal from c spine to sacral and I would be miserable if it wasn't for Dana. God bless her

Seen Lisa on the 6th of January, it's now the 12th and still no pain relief.been taking hands full of alive and still hurting. Insurance co. said b.r.m. still hasn't sent in pre authorization for prescription which is the same script as last months absolutely no excuse for anyone going this long in this kind kind of pain.im going to the E.R..I have no recorse
