No conversation regrading procedure and no back up plan in case it didn't work. Removed me from my meds and procedure did not work. I was left in constant pain until my follow up.

Instructed to lay face down then Baylor came in and asked me where it hurt and I explained left leg around knee. He replied that it was L4. Gave me injection which caused condition to worsen.
