The last three times he's asked me how many back operations and who did it. And every time I tell him he did it. The last two visits I had to have a procedure. The nurse put me in the room he came in. Didn't ask many questions. I had to have an injection and he didn't even warn me he was getting ready to stick me in the back. Not to mention he refilled prescriptions that did not need to be filled and did not refill prescriptions that did need to be filled.
