I arrived for my appointment and was put into an exam room quickly. Unfortunately, I then sat in the exam room for 1.5 hours waiting on the doctor to come in. Once he arrived, he explained everything thoroughly to me in a manner that I could understand. After, Katrina scheduled my procedure, of which the first available appointment was not until 3 months away.

Neglected to read patient medical history, talked to me like I didn't know what a specific procedure was right after I had already had one and was about to get another done.

Everyone is so nice and helpful! The facility is very nice and clean, plus there is a great view from the 9th Ffloor to enjoy while waiting for Doctor! Dr. Shaver has a great personality and explains things well and listens to questions! His nurse is very nice!
