My experience is inconsistent and contradictory. First visit discussed knee brace, second visit was told it was ridiculous for me to use a knee brace without someone monitoring it. Then was told my BMI was too high to qualify for a knee replacement. Third visit I was asked if I was ready to discuss a knee replacement no reference to my BMI. Now I don’t know if I’m supposed to wear a knee brace and if I should be discussing a knee replacement. I did call after the visit and Dr. Instrum returned the call, but I was not able to answer. I called again the next day, but I have not received an additional callback.

I always feel like I’m being heard. The Dr always makes me feel like he cares. And his receptionist always goes out of her way to make sure I know what I need to know. She is just as kind as Dr DeFelice. And they are so understanding when I tell them I’m scared. Even though I know I’m in the best hands possible.
