He takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and walks me through every situation and possible scenario in a way that makes me feel informed and comfortable. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard and respected. Every time we talk, we come up with a plan that feels right for me. I truly respect Derek and genuinely enjoy working with him.

Took her time to talk to me. We all have felt what it feels like to get ready for a doctors appointment, drive all the way there, wait in the waiting room, and the doctor talks to you for five minutes. Stephanie sat down. She talked to me, she asked questions, I was really pleased with her attention to detail. I thought her work was very thorough. Also CC was really good at taking my blood. 9.5/10
