The first time I met her she wanted to turn the visit into an “express so we don’t have to do labs.” The second time I was sick with something similar to a cold/flu. She recommended a Neti pot, and as I tried to explain to her that the rinses never worked for me because it never started in one nostril then came out the other (rather, everything goes up and down the same nostril), she interrupted me and told me to do NealMed (tried it; same thing - seems to be some kind of blockage in my nose). She does not seem to uphold the type of care you describe in your website, where care is about forming good relationships.

Omg! I had a wonderful experience with Michelle. She gave me a very warm welcome and truly listened to me — I felt heard and cared for in a way I honestly haven’t experienced before. She asked thoughtful questions and really paid attention to my answers instead of rushing through the appointment. At 52, I have unfortunately had many experiences where I felt the medical industry doesn’t always listen to patients, so it was very refreshing to finally feel respected and understood. I also appreciated that when I mentioned I’m vegan, she didn’t judge me or make me feel like a “crazy hippie,” which meant a lot. She treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The hug at the end was such a human and comforting gesture. I’m very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her.
