My visit was with Ben who was beyond fantastic. He listened really well and me make decision for next steps. However, this was the first time I had to wait in this office. They were running seriously behind and no one ever notified me. I just sat waiting and waiting. It wasn’t until the nurse brought me back and I asked about how far behind they were running that they acknowledged being behind schedule. They were over 45 minutes behind. It would have been nice to have been I forged and given the option to either arrive later for my visit or reschedule.
